This month, we’ll slow down and focus on the art of small, intentional steps — taking one day at a time. We’ll start with soft layers of watercolor, creating a calm and reflective base in our sketchbooks for later adding acrylic or markers. Then, we’ll add simple embroidery stitches on top, using thread as a way to pause, with each stitch representing a tiny step — a reminder that progress and care happen one day at a time, I am really trying to use this on this new season.
This session is an invitation to focus on process over outcome, to enjoy each mark, each stitch, and each layer.
If you’d like, bring along a short text, poem, or song that feels meaningful to you, maybe something connected to the transition into fall, or to your own reflections at this time. We’ll use it as inspiration for the journaling.
✨ No experience needed — just curiosity, patience, and a willingness to slow down.
